Wuxi Bikang Bioengineering Co., Ltd.(original Wuxi Biochemical Plant) was founded in 1995. It is the larger one amino acid manufacturers domestic. Our products are welcome home and abroad and have been exported to South Korea, Japan, Europe and America. In order to meet the urban development of Wuxi City, our company was reconstructed and moved. Nowadays, we have 2 production bases in Shandong Linyi Economic Development Zone and Anhui Xuancheng Lang Xi Economic Development Zone.
Our new factory covers an area of over 100,000 square meters and is with the total investment of RMB 65 million Yuan. Our company has over 200 staffs; and 20 of them are engineering technical workers; 4 of them are senior engineers. Our plant is constructed strictly according to GMP standard and is equipped with standard laboratory. There is spectrophotometer, gaschromatograph, liquid chromatograph and etc. We guarantee that all our products meet the requirements of AJI, USP, FCC, CP and EP.
After the reconstruction the annual product capacity of our main products has reached 10,000 tons. And our leading products are L(+)-Ornithine hydrochloride, L(+)-Cysteine, L(-)-Proline, L-Leucine and etc.
The new plant is divided into 3 parts:
1. manufacturing of amino acid series products such as L-Tyrosine, L-Leucine and L-Cystine by taking natural feather, hair and wool as raw material through original technique;
2. amino acid derivative manufacturing and deep processing such as protecting group amino acid, compound amino acid and refined amino acid;
3. biochemical type synthetic amino acid and other products such as L-Alanine and L(+)-Aspartic acid.
In future, our company will widen our perspective to develop new project.
